c++ aspx interaction

Hello

First let me explain the situation i'm having.
I have to develop a aspx page where you can type address information of a contact.
Now, this aspx page has to interact with some integration code of a external program. The integration code is written in C++.

Now my first question is: how do I open my aspx page in c++?

Second, when i fill the data in my aspx page and I click OK, what would be the best approach to retrieve te data from the aspx page to my integration c++ code? (soap, xml, cookies,sql,...).

thanks in advance!

kind greetings

Bart
