Reading and writing to a text file using MFC

I'm writing a program and a part of it is supposed to read and write from a text file. Now I'm a newbie to MFC. i'm using <iostream> to read in and out, and I'm getting errors...

now I've read about 2 possible solutions, one is Cfile, which i read from here...

and the other is suggesting using namespace system::io

Which one is the best one to use?!
