Roxio Program Easy Media Creator 7 Won't Open - Get Error Message

1
When I try to open up Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 software program an error message comes up: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Program: D:/ProgramFiles/HomePageApp.exe Abnormal program termination. (The difference in my setting out detail above is that the message has backslashes between rather than forward slashes)

I can't seem to correct this problem.....I have tried a number of things but to no avail.

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I'm afraid this is not really the right forum to ask this question on.

The problem is one of

Bad Configuration, you will need to work out what about the configuration needs to be corrected.

Corrupt Program Files, you will need to reinstall the software.

Bug in the Program, not much you can do about this one except get an upgrade or try to find a way round the problem.

I would suggest you try asking on this forum.
