Microsoft Visual C++ Run-Time Library Reference

Hi,

Just wondering what the best available book on "Microsoft Visual C++
Run-Time Library Reference" is, that lists most if not all class and library
functions and their usages.

Thanks,
Eric

Two things:
1. Your question is off-topic. Please read
http://www.slack.net/~shiva/welcome.txt
2. It is generally frowned upon to post even on-topic questions separately
to multiple newsgroups rather than cross-posting (comp.lang.c++,
alt.comp.lang.learn.c-c++, and who knows where else), but it is particularly
annoying when the question is off-topic.
