Help a newb :)

Hi, I'm new to C++. I wanted to learn how to build programs with
communication functionality using TCP/IP. Could anyone advise me to some
libraries or HowTo guides. I'm using Borland 5.02

Thanks in advance,

You posted a nearly identical message under 2 different names. Neither
are topical here. Please be a little more considerate in the future.

You will need to learn how to create and manipulate things called
"sockets". This is platform/OS dependant so you will have better luck
finding an answer in a newsgroup related to your choice of OS. There is
no standard C/C++ way to do this, thus it is off-topic and you won't
find much help here.
