Bitmap Resource - ignore previous

Give me some help, pls!!

I am doing an image processing project. I decide to import some prepared binary images (in binary BMP format) into the resources sections of a MFC C++ project. The function I want is actually to get the binary pixel to the (array??) and then setpixel (draw) after processing an image. (i.e. two images, one original one processed, are shown on the window at the same time) I found some classes that may be helpful to me in this situation. They are:
1/ Bitmap class
2/ CBitmap class
3/ CImage class
Which one should I choose to use for this situation?? May I have some solid example use for the class??

Other than getpixel and setpixel, I may also want the size of the input image.

Sorry! I wrongly press the submit button. Please ignore the previous post.

I imported a bitmap file to the resource, then pull a picture control to the dialog box. I then change the type and image in the properties part. of the picture control. After clicking a button to perform an image processing, an output image was supposed to be shown in the right picture control. How can I show the output image in the right side?
