Hi, this is neotrinity, joined newly in this community !
I have some basic doubts in 'C'...

the doubts r pretty silly,,,

Doubt 1 : How to access an external device(LIKE MICROCONTROLLERS)using ' C ' .....?

Doubt 2 : How to write a program to generate wave diagram for any mathematical equations that is given by the user....?

I have done projects using the interrupts b4...

Doubt 1 : How to access an external device(LIKE MICROCONTROLLERS)using ' C ' .....?
how is the device connected? e.g. if it is via a serial port there are usually functions available to receive/send characters to an external device - if you are using DOS or Win95/98 you can talk directy to the IO ports and write interrupt handlers

Doubt 2 : How to write a program to generate wave diagram for any mathematical equations that is given by the user....?

you would use a graphics package or a graph plotting package- what operating system and compiler are you using. Also have a look at
