generating network traffic using libnet.h

Hello,
could anyone tell me how I could get packets for a =
class like:

class packets {
public:
unsigned source; =20
unsigned destination; =20
char *packet_data; =20
};

packets *pack1 =3D get_packet();

Is there a function similar to this ( get_packet(); ) in libnet giving =
random packet sizes?
Thank you in advance.
