Child process wait father process excute some code then begin execute

I write a socket program.
After accept client connection , server fork a child process, how do
keep this execute sequence?

pid = fork();
if ( pid 0 ){
CONFIG CHILD PROCESS TABLE
}else{
WAIT UNTIL father process config child process
table.

begin execute..
}
