There's always the classic Design Patterns by E. Gamma et al., google
for "design patterns gamma" to find the book.

I would also recommend Head First: design Patterns published by O
reilly i believe. Very well explained examples for beginners.

I think you would have better luck if you leave the quotes off on the search
