Starting point for learning.

Hi some of you may have seen my first post but basically Im a C++ noob
looking for a bit of a foot in.

I was wondering if anyone knew any particularly good web rescources
for learning C++. Ive read through all the tutorials on cpluplus.com
and read some of the additional material (how I ended up here) but
wondered if anyone knew a site along the lines of nice set of
beginners problems set out to be solved with some discussion after on
how they did it.
