COBOL calling a C program

Hello,

Now that I have my C program running and my COBOL programming running, thanks to the support here. Now I need to pass a 16 position number to the C program and receive back a 64 position 'hashed' variable back. Yes I am doing SHA256 hashing.

When I pass my variable from COBOL and the C program received it then the argv[1] shows only 14 positions with the first 2 positions missing. Also the agrv[0] shows the name of the COBOL program not the C program. Furthermore I cam not getting anything back from the C program although when I do printf's in the C code and look at the sysprint dd out the 'hashed' 64 position variable is there.

Any one have any ideas about what is happending here.

Thank you,
