C++ & 16-bit library

Hello!!!
I'd like to write about my problem with C++ Builder. I hope I'll find
somebody who will help me :). I'm writing a program in C++ Builder,
and I must load 16-bit library. I tried LoadLibrary() but it doesn't
work. I've heard something about "thunking". Is it possible to do it
in Builder? Some guy told me that "thunking" is in Delphi. Please,
help me if possible, and as soon as possible :).
