Bc++ Error

Hi, I used BC++ to create a simple application using WIN API.
Now it works fine and does its job. My computer has 2 user accounts, one for me and other for my brother. Now , when I use the .exe file , it works fine but
it does not work in the other use account.It gives the following error:

ERROR:"This Program Failed to start because required cw3230.dll was missing. Reinstalling the application may solve this problem."

It gave the same error when I tried to use it after uninstalling BC++.

What should I do so that everyone using my computer can use it.I also intend to send it to my friends who does not have BC++ in their system.So please give me the files I should include so that the .exe will work properly.

You need to make sure that the specified dynamic Link Library is available on computers where you run this program. Simply copying accross may do the trick (or reinstalling bc), or you may then need more files also. I would suggest yahooing/googling/metacrawling/vivisimoing/Asking Jeeves/{other searchengining} the file that is missing and see what sort of results you get. Others may have had the same problem, and may be able to suggest the best path around it....
