vcard and Ical parser info

I am a new member for this group, so i would like to know i have .vcf and .ics file which i need to parse(encode/decode also) and store in structure, so which is best tool parser for the same so that i can u se it for C++ coding,please send me the link.also let me know how should i integrate this tool my project............thanx in advance.......waiting for your comments...

It depends on what is in your files and what you are trying to get out of them. Can you tell us more?

(ie what are you trying to parse in the files? What are you trying to encode or decode? What do you want to do with it from there?)

I have a structure which consist of a info abt name, mobile number, email id, address etc which is stored in a Database, as file in .vcf format, so i have to encode/decode the data which is in a text/bin file, so that i can use it for the display............plz let me know which is best solution and C++ function to encode/decode the same............or any free tools available................
