Why Com Dll is different from normal Dll (say c++ Dll )

hello all,

This is abhinay,

my question is as follow:

How one can identify com dll form normal c++ dll. As there property looks like same. ie no physical difference.
If i have set of dlls then how should i identify com form normal Dlls.
