Strategy for a Trial Version

Hi, I am searching for strategies to build trial software.
One basic point is, that the strategy should be able to recognize
people who recommend the software to further clients...
If you`ve got any strategies or tipps for Trial Software Design,
plz answer

Here is a tipp: find a better newsgroup. I recommend the
'comp.software-eng'. Here we discsuss C++ language and it seems
that your question has really nothing to do with it.
