Help with unadvise

Hello.
I have a trouble. My prog connects to the IEs with ConnectionPoint -
DWebBrowserEvent2 - Advise.
After some time it must unadvise from IE if it executed.
Using IShellWindows interface I search for IE and then do UnAdvise.
All functions returns '0'
Problem:
launch prog - launch ~5 IE - remove prog
repeat this 4-5 ones.
after 1 minute or less there is an error in IEXPLORE.exe with dialog
"Send to microsoft/do not send"
Please Help me to solve this problem.
What part of code upload?

thx

Wrong newsgroup. Try one of "microsoft.public.*", perhaps there is
