This is a "frequently asked question". Always use Google to search for any
question before posting.

You don't need to learn any one special language in school. Just learn
several of them, then learn more of them on the job. The actual rank and
status of any one language is irrelevant.

While it certainly is a valid strategy to prioritize the learning of
the more widespread languages, you need to realize that, as a computer
scientist, your most important skill is the ability to adapt to any
language in a short period of time. Languages are just tools. You'll
need to adapt to specific tools for specific employment opportunities.

I'm not entirely sure what you meant in your message but it seems
you're saying that you've already learned C++. If thats the case, then
you should just learn java now so you have 2 languages in your
programming "toolbox".

However, if you don't know C++ yet and are asking which language is
more popular, then I suggest you go for C++. I personally think its a
bit more complex, so by the time you're ready to move on to your
second language the transition will be far easier.

Hope that helps. And also, work on your english, its a necessity in
the field. Yours is just not good enough yet (English is not my native
tongue either so I know where you're coming from)

And make sure you learn a dynamic-typed as well as a static-typed
language. It's important to understand their strengths and weaknesses
compared to each-other.
