FUNCTION call are made on a particular DLL (Windows or third party) by

A standard debugger can do this. Tools like the trace utility can do
this. For Windows there're several such tools, both bundled with MSVC
and as third-party utilities. Ask in a group for your platform like
comp.os.ms-windows-programmer or comp.unix.programmer.
