Access points of C++ Tags

Can any one explain what are C++ Tags and what are access points of c++
tags, please?

Never heard of them, it might be some kind of extension some compiler-
vendor came up with. Ask in a forum specific for that vendor if you
think you'll have any use of it.

No i am not asking in the sense of ctags.
I have heard of them. Also I heard it as one of language feature of C+

Nope, no such feature in C++, and none planned that I know of. Might
it have been some MS C++/CLI-thing, searching at MSDN might give
something.
