can someone recomand me a good book or site where i can learn tcp/ip and evrithing else i need to know about data tranferes over the internet?

The ancient but good TCP/IP book is 'TCP/IP Illustrated, Volume 1: The Protocols' by W. Richard Stevens, Addison-Wesley 1994.

I would recommend "Computer Networks" by Tannenbum, published by TMH (or maybe publisher might have changed, I am not sure).
