Given this problem:

Write a program, process-fan, that creates fanouts of processes. The fanout is a tree of depth d: the root of
the tree has d children; a child at level i has d − i child nodes and the root node is at level 0.
The program uses the -d option to specify the depth of the tree on the command line. Each process in the tree
prints its own process id, that of its parent, and those of its children. Furthermore, each process should wait for
all of its children to finish and then print a notification message about it.
