Want to access Excel 2002

Hello,

I want to read MS Excel(2002)file contents from my Visual C++ program. How it
can be done. Is there any component as we have in VB(MS Excel 9.0) or is there any specific coding to acces rows and columns values(large data) through vectors.
Please Help ME its very urgent.
