help keeping my loop in columns

Hi everyone, for my c++ class I am supposed to write a program that looks like the program at this link.
http://www.brentwoodhigh.com/kedigh/cpp/labs/Prog122a.htm
I am doing fine with everything, except I can't seem to get everything to align neatly in columns, so if someone could please give me a tip on how to do this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
