Pseudo code is not about undestanding any language, and you do not pseuso code in any language i.e. "how to write psedocode in C++?" is meaningless.

Pseudo code is a method of writing down the program logic without having any requirement to follow the syntax of a particular language.

Once you have the pseudo code you should then be able to convert it into a program in the language of your choice.


For instance this is the pseudo code to count the number of e in a string

GET String
SET Count = 0
 
WHILE the end of the string has not been reached
    GET the next character in the string
    IF it is an e
        INCREMENT Count
    END IF
END WHILE
 
PRINT Count
