Mavis Beacon 16

I'm running Windows Server 2003 R2 and recently incurred the following error with my typing software.

Visual C++ Runtime
Runtime Error!
Program: .....ning\Company Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing 16\mavisnet.exe R6025 - pure virtual function call

Anyone have any ideas what I can do to get this working correctly again??
