Come si implementa in c++ il prodotto di Kronecker

Salve.. ho riscontrato un problema...sto traducendo dal matlab al c++
un programma che utilizza il prodotto di kronecker..ma nn riesco ad
implementarlo...
Attraverso i cicli for riesco a fare la moltiplicazione tra le due
matrici ma poi nn riesco a capire come inserire nella matrice
risultante i vari risultati ottenuti nell'ordine corretto...
Per vedere come funziona il prodotto di kroneger vi rimando al link qui
