C standard

Can I know the right chronology of the C standard works? and are the C
standard free to download ???

No. That is, it is not legal to distribute in the US except by express
permission of the copyright holder, which is the ISO organization:

That said, the document is not hard to find, or so I am told.

The correct chronology is determined by...chronology. n1124.pdf is the
other part. EC
