You have to take a 3X3 matrix in C. All nine elemants must be from 1 to 10.
And no one is repeated. It means that you can use 1 in the matrix at only
one place. Now the problem is this that you have to rearrange this matrix
in such a way that the sum of all elements of every row is equal and the
sum of all the elemants of column is equal that of row and also the sum of
three elemants in each diagonal is the same as above.
For example,
2 7 6
9 5 1
4 3 8
