Interoperability Issue : VB6 and VC7 DLLS

Hi,

I have VC5 dlls/Exe and COM components. Some VB5 programs using these DLLS as well.

I am going to upgrade VC5 dlls and COM components source to visual studio 2005. I am going to upgrade VB5 source to VB6 (NOT VB.NET). I am wondering if it is possible to call those upgraded DLLS and COM components (2005) from VB6 applications.

Can anybody help me understanding this interaction better?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks,
Mac
