I can't use fprintf function on mi c++ builder 5

I'm trying to write a program to modify a txt file.....
the program is ok because I read it in a c++ guide but if i write a txt
file I can't modify it with the program....

Consider pasting some code either here, or at a paste site. You
probably don't need to be using fprintf, as C++ file IO probably have
everything you need.
