I am new in C++ I wouls like to know the best freeware IDE environment to
develop windows application using C++.

Go to the microsoft site, you can download visual C++ express for free
there.

The _best_ {a nice subjective word} freeware IDE
environment is one that _you_ can be most productive
with. To find the _best_, _you_ will have to try
many.

To keep peace in newsgroup-land, please refrain
from using the word "best". It is an opinionated
word and can only be defined from the beholder.

Can you sagest one or two, because I have no idea. I have developed some
console programs but I have never developed a winodws application.
