type defining function with other function in C++

Hai I am a beginet to C++, I am having some doubts , these doubts may seem

to be simple , but I dont have much idea of them ,

1.Q) what is the need of typedefining one function having cetain

parametrs with it , to be type caseted to another function with different

parameters.

I am bot able to undertstand the use for this.

2.Q) Type defining a function to an identifier which is like a function name but

with no parameters in it?

function is not much clear,

Q1) question is typedefining a function of one name & one type of parametrs with other name and other type of parameters?
