Do not reply to spammers. If you want to, send abuse reports to the
abuse addresses for their:

ISP: ab***@comcast.net
News server: gr**********@google.com
Email provider: gm*********@google.com
Web site host: ab***@colo4dallas.com

But DON'T REPLY, and if you CAN'T STOP YOURSELF FROM REPLYING, at
least DELETE THE LINKS TO THE SPAMMER'S WEB SITE, like I did above.

The post the link came from was most likely spam. It is common practice
to block out contact information when replying to spam, so that others
are not tempted to actually support the spammers.
