Use Drivers in C++

1
Hi,

I am a new programmer and I have to create an application in C++ that use an external Sound Card (USB, Sound Blaster Extigy). I Installed the drivers on my machine.

Now, I don't really know what to do to use the drivers in my C++ projet and where I can get the informations on the drivers (Fuctions, classes, ect.).

I use Microsoft Visual Studio.net 2003.

Thanks
