how to code this problem by using array

Input
lines of words

Output
The first word, the last word, and the number of words read, with one blank in between fields.

Sample input
I like C++
It is easier than counting 7,8,9

Sample output
I 7,8,9 9

Thanks for the information, how about multiple line input by using vector and yet display the first and last string?

u got to declare another variable count;;
eg

int count=0;

u also have to put the strin as a condition in loop to count the number of characters in the string, and increment the count till it finishes the count..
