Refactoring

I am looking for a good refactoring editor for C. Languages like Java and
dotnet have powerful tools to help refactor, and I was wondering if there
were any for straight C.

Thanks

Depending on your platform, Visual SlickEdit is pretty good. There is
also at least one decent plugin for (x)emacs.

I haven't looked, but I assume you could use Eclipse.
