I'm trying to write a script to log me into my ftp server.
My username is test, and my password is password.
Anyone know why this always says "Invalid login"?
FILE *ftppipe = _popen("ftp localhost", "w");
Sleep(1000);
_write(fileno(ftppipe), "test\n", 5);
Sleep(1000);
_write(fileno(ftppipe), "password\n", 9);
_pclose(ftppipe); 3 2075 mi******@gmail.com wrote: I'm trying to write a script to log me into my ftp server.

Nope, and the prepended underscores mean that you're in the wrong forum
since they indicate non-standard extensions and this group only deals
with standard C++. See this FAQ for what is on-topic here and for some
suggestions on where you could post: http://www.parashift.com/c++-faq-lit...t.html#faq-5.9

mh... try "\r\n" instead of "\n"
It's just a clue, I'm not sure ;)
Bye!
"\r\n" does not work.
