compose2 (STL)

Hello,

I want to use the functor compose2 (STL). This should be defined in file
functional but not in the one that comes with visual studio 7.0. Has anyone
ever dealt with this problem?

regards

AFAIK it is not part of the standard. It is mentioned in some books
and often implemented somewhere in the same said book. It was made by
Jossutis I believe and has since been replaced with something else. It
is in boost somewhere.

As Noah said, compose2 is not part of the standard so it need not be in
<functional>

There is a nice set of compose function in the book "The C++ Standard
Library - A Tutorial and Reference" by N Josuttis
