Ndis Coding

I'm trying to write a program that will tell a wireless card to
associate to an access point using x encryption, etc. etc.

My question is:
Does anyone have some source code of an example of how to perform this
task?

This question is not related to the C++ language and libraries proper
(even though you probably want C++ source code). See this FAQ for what
