Importing Existing Code into Eclipse 3.1 >> In Place <<

Greetings,

I have a large existing C++ code base that I want to work with in the
Eclipse IDE. However, try as I might, I cannot figure out how to
compell Eclipse to import the code base into a new Eclipse Project
w/out it making a complete copy of the code under my Eclipse workspace.
What I want is for Eclipse to import the code into the Project "in
place", ie, use the code from where I've checked it out from CVS. I've
got to believe this is possible (at least I sure hope it is)?

Thanks,

Ken

You need to ask in a group related to Eclipse or your platform. This
group discusses the C++ language proper, not IDEs (cf.
http://www.parashift.com/c++-faq-lit....html#faq-5.9).

Apologies to anyone off-put by this post. BTW, I searched the google
group universe and got 245 hits about Eclipse in >this< group and since
my question is vaguely C++ related I presumed it was a reasonable place
to ask.

Cheers,

Ken
