i am to write a c++ code to numerically calculate the radial part of
the Schrödinger equation for the hydrogen atom using the
Numerov/Fox-Goodwin Algorithm.
i have searched everywhere on google to find some helpful information
on where to start in tackling this problem but have not been able to
get any.
could you please help me understand what to do and where to go with
this problem.
Um. You didn't search very hard on google. I searched for
Numerov/Fox-Goodwin Algorithm and found course notes
from a physics class within the first five hits.
If you have no clue what the algorithm is, you should ask
your instructor. Same for not knowing what the S. eqn is,
if that's the problem.
If you have specific questions about C++ implementation,
make some effort, show us where you are. We won't do
your homework for you, but we will help.
