How to write classes with same functionality like STL Classes

I want to write some classes like queue,dequeqe,map,string,algorithm which should have the same funtionality as STL inbuilt classes & i can add my own functions also.

Just inherit from the class you wish to modify

using namespace std;
 
template<class t> class myList : public list<t>
{
public:
    myList(){};
};
 
myList<int> listOfIntegers;
 

or if you don't need to maintain the classes template status

#include <list>
 
using namespace std;
 
class myList : public list<int>
{
public:
    myList(){};
};
 
myListlistOfIntegers;
