Tutorial on C++ Templates

Can someone please point me to a good tutorial on C++ templates
available on the Web? I've read a couple of them but do not find them
readable and interesting enough to keep my interest and at the same
time teach me something new. Does anyone know of a tutorial on
templates that does not assume that the reader already knows what
templates are and how to use them?

Any links would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
