parsing c++ declarations

I need to write a small program that will take a C++ prototype and
output the return type, function name, and all the parameter
types/names. Does anyone know of a tool that does this or what the
best approach (ie yacc/lex, perl, etc) is for accomplishing this?

Thanks,
Jeff
