getting screen aspect

hello

i run into some problem developing my little mfc application.
is it possible to get screen aspect somehow?
most monitors is 4/3 but there may be laptops and other.
i cant find any information about it, and this is very important to me.

C++ doesn't have any concept of a screen, let alone its aspect ratio,
so you're off-topic here.

You need to ask in a system specific group, presumably Windows in your
case. Perhaps something under microsoft.public.vc.* People there should
be able to help you.
