Difference between standard and compatability mode compilatin in C++

Hi,

Can anybody explain the difference between
standard and compatability mode compilatin in C++?

No such distinction exists in C++. C++ is a standard, and standards
compliant code and compilers are compatible.

Perhaps you should ask this in a newsgroup where your compiler is topical.
