cvDFT, fft2 ?

I use the function cvDFT in Visual C++. But i don't find the same
result of Matlab with the function fft2. Why?

I don't know.

Perhaps you should try a newsgroup that has a clue about cvDFT, I'm
pretty sure that's not part of standard C++.
