Need a C/C++ programmer for a freelance project

Need a C/C++ programmer to implement an algorithm for identifying
similar documents in a large collection of documents. The documents
will be in txt format. The concept used to group documents together is
explained well by these 2 articles:
http://www9.org/w9cdrom/159/159.html
http://www.perl.com/pub/a/2003/02/19/engine.html

If you have any experience working on document vectors/vector-space
model, I am interested in talking to you. Compensation is very good for
this project, but payable only on successful completion. Please send me
details of your experience only in relevance to this project
